This starts from just a few days per month, on a pay-as-you-go basis.

About This Service:
I'll work as your dedicated part-time HR Director, from just a few days per month. I'll be part of your leadership team and oversee your HR Function (we'll agree the specific scope of my role and the hours, based on your current needs).
We'll work closely together, so I'll feel like a member of your team, rather than a Consultant. But, you won't have any commitments, or need to pay me any holiday pay or benefits.
I only work for a small number of businesses simultaneously. As I've been doing this since 2017, I know it works brilliantly for my clients - they know I'm always there for them, if there's an issue that can't wait.
Who This Service is For:
Businesses and Charities based in England with a minimum of around 30+ employees, and up to around 300 employees. Or start-ups with investment looking to achieve fast-growth.
What You Can Expect:
I've got bags of experience when it comes to HR, and therefore I'm able to offer a wide range of services as your HR Director. Below are the types of things I can support you with:

Things that are outside of my scope of work are pension management, share plans, payroll management and health & safety.
And whilst I have a very strong knowledge of employment law and keep myself updated, and you can expect professional HR Advice, my services should not be a substitute for legal matters or advice required from a qualified lawyer.
This is a pay as you go arrangement, on a rolling monthly basis. There's no lengthy commitments or tie-ins, however many clients go on to work with me for 12+ months or until I hire them an in-house HR Director.
