What you need to know about me is that I have a strong work ethic. I will always align the People & Culture Strategy to the business needs. I'll treat people with kindness and respect, but I don't shy away from a difficult conversation. I'm honest, trustworthy and discreet.

About This Service:

I'll work as your dedicated part-time HR Director, from just a few days per month. I'll be part of your leadership team and oversee your HR Function (we'll agree the specific scope of my role and the hours, based on your current needs).

We'll work closely together, so I'll feel like a member of your team, rather than a Consultant. But, you won't have any commitments, or need to pay me any holiday pay or benefits.

I only work for a small number of businesses simultaneously. As I've been doing this since 2017, I know it works brilliantly for my clients - they know I'm always there for them, if there's an issue that can't wait.

Who This Service is For:

Businesses and Charities based in England with a minimum of around 30+ employees, and up to around 300 employees. Or start-ups with investment looking to achieve fast-growth.

What You Can Expect:

I've got bags of experience when it comes to HR, and therefore I'm able to offer a wide range of services as your HR Director. Below are the types of things I can support you with:

And whilst I have a very strong knowledge of employment law and keep myself updated, and you can expect professional HR Advice, my services should not be a substitute for legal matters or advice required from a qualified lawyer.

Your Commitment:

This is a pay as you go arrangement, on a rolling monthly basis. There's no lengthy commitments or tie-ins, however many clients go on to work with me for 12+ months or until I hire them an in-house HR Director.

✚ Where are you located?

Milton Keynes. But most of my clients are in London & Manchester.

✚ Which industries do you work with?

I have worked with most sectors, however it’s primarily creative companies, wealth & finance, tech, retail and charities. 


✚ Are you qualified in HR?

Yes. I have a MSc in HR Management and I’m Fellows CIPD qualified (Level 7). I have a BA Hons in Business Studies with HR. I'm also a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach.

✚ Will you be my employee?

No. I'm work on a freelance basis.

✚ Who are your existing clients?

✚ Is it purely virtual services or will you come to my office?

I tend to work mainly from home because it keeps your costs down but I will come to your office when needed. It depends on the scope of what I'm doing.

✚ Will I work with you or someone else?

You’ll always work directly with me. 

✚ What's the investment?

This service starts from Β£3,500 per month.

This works out less than the cost of a full-time HR Advisor, but with soooo much more value. I can also provide leadership & management training and coaching within your monthly retainer. I also have a LinkedIn Recruiter Licence.

Plus, I'll work on a freelance basis, so there's no PAYE fees, National Insurance, Pension, Holiday Pay, Benefits etc.

I also offer HR Templates and Leadership Training, if you're not yet ready for this level of investment. You can find this via the main menu.

✚ Is there a minimum period we need to work together?

No, there's no tie-in. It's a rolling monthly basis. I'm confident you'll see value and get value for money within your first month of us working together.

✚ Do you offer one-off HR Projects

I'm afraid not. I only work on monthly retainers, because I enjoy seeing the growth and success for my clients, which comes from working with them on a longer-term basis.
